Cue streaming is a relative newcomer to the TV/streaming/on demand market, and whilst they have a massive channel selection overall, what about specifically movies? Do they offer movie channels and on demand options to the same extent as other TV/streaming providers? For film buffs, it’s good news.
Cue Streaming has a large selection of movies, both on demand and channels. Their movie catalogue can get close to or match most other cable/TV/streaming providers.
In other words, movie lovers have nothing to worry about switching over to Cue Streaming – they’ve got you covered with a massive selection of movies.
Let’s dig a little more into the movie selection they have available.
What Movies Channels Are Offered On Cue Streaming?
Let’s start with the straightforward movie channels that are currently offered on the US version of Cue Streaming.
Here are the channels that show up when you search specifically the Movie section of their TV guide (there’s currently a total of 68 channels):
- All the Cinemax channels
- The Hallmark movie channels.
- All the HBO Channels
- All the Epix channels
- The Starz Channels
- The Showtime channels
- Movieplex
- The Screenpix channels
- Movies! channel
- Sony Movie Channel
In other words, pretty much everything you’re used to watching right now that’s got movies on it, should also be on Cue Streaming.
Are On Demand Movies Available On Cue Streaming?
On Demand movies are also available on Cue Streaming, with an extensive library/catalogue of movies to watch on demand as with any other major steaming service.
So you’re not limited to just what movies might be playing on any movie channel at any time. You can search for any other that might have been added to their selection.
To check this before signing up, you firstly click on the Cue Webplayer page/tab in the top right of their homepage, then select the VOD menu on the screen that shows up:
You can then search their movie catalogue to see what’s available. Be sure to Select the “All” Category on the left hand side, and then use the search magnifying glass icon in the top right:
You can then search for any movie you’re looking for.
From what I’ve seen, Cue Streaming currently have a decent, but not top of the range movie selection, somewhat similar to Amazon Video. They’ve got some high profile recent movies, but not all of them.
Here are some popular/recent movies currently available in VOD:
- Top Gun Maverick
- Oppenheimer
- All the Jason Bourne movies
- The Eternals
- John Wick 1/2/3 movies (4 not on there yet)
- Jurassic Park 1/3, plus all Jurassic World movies
- Sing 2
- All the Venom movies so far.
- Some Fast & Furious movies.
What Other Channels Are Available On Cue Streaming?
Besides an extensive selection of movie channels, Cue Streaming have a massive library of channels in general – around 4000 for US based users.
Here’s a quick snapshot of some popular American channels offered:
But the list is not exhaustive, and you’ve got a catalogue of several thousand channels in total, in all major categories, including (besides movies):
- Entertainment channels
- TV series on demand
- All major sports channels like ESPN, Fox Sports, NBC Sports, Golf Channel, beIN sports and more.

As a general rule, pretty much anything you’re used to watching right now with your current TV/cable provider, is highly likely to also be available on Cue Streaming.
If you want to double check and make sure, see their guide on their website that allows you to search and check whether any channel you watch is also available on Cue Streaming (you can do this on their website without needing to sign or or log in).
